The resort offers a very peaceful ambience, set in the midst of lush greenery, and a well-manicured lawn. It has 6 Deluxe rooms with the maximum accommodation capacity of 3 people in each and can be booked for entire family as well if you are looking for a budget friendly villa in Alibaug. The rooms are done up in soothing white and offer a balcony where you can just relax with the sight and sound of the ocean.

House Rules

  • Check-in Time : 12.30 PM
  • Check-out Time : 10.00 AM
  • Above Tariffs are not applicable on Long Weekends & from 15th Dec to 15 Jan.
  • Food & Drinks are not allowed in Rooms.
  • Incase of Power failure, generator will be ON only post 7:00 PM.
  • Kitchen Time :
          - Breakfast : 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM
          - Lunch : 01:00 PM to 02:30 PM
          - Dinner : 08:30 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Geyser Time :
          - Morning : 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM
          - Evening : 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM
  • Pool Time : Upto 7:00 PM
  • Pool Rule :
          - Please shower before entering the pool.
          - Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
          - No running around the pool.
          - Food & Drinks are not allowed in pool.
          - No smoking in pool.
          - Do not use pool under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs.
          - No lifeguard on duty — Swim at your own risks.
          - No spitting or body fluids in pool.
  • Booking & Payment :
          - Currently, we accept bookings over the Phone. You can directly call us on +91 9607102357 to reserve your stay with 50% advance.
          - All Reservations require deposit of 100% accommodation tarrif due at time of check-in.
          - A valid guest photo ID with address proof approved by Government of India is mandatory at the time of check-in.

    Sea Facing Deluxe (from ₹3,700/night) — private balcony, Arabian Sea views, sleeps 3. Pool Facing Deluxe (from ₹3,000/night) — private patio to pool and garden, sleeps 3.

    Is food included in the room rate?

    No. All rates at Sachu's Resort are for accommodation only. Meals are not included in the room rate. The resort has a restaurant and food can be ordered separately during your stay.

    Are the rooms air-conditioned?

    Yes, all rooms are fully air-conditioned.

    Do sea facing rooms have actual sea views?

    Yes. Sea Facing Deluxe rooms have a private balcony with direct views of the Arabian Sea and Sasawane Beach.

    What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in: 12:30 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.
